Workplace Mediation

If remain unresolved, workplace conflict and disputes could be a major threat and cause significant harm.  Our Mediators are able to assist all parties to the dispute and ensure that every party is taking part in the resolution process fairly. Our mediation services are suitable for different disputes including:

Our Mediators 

    • Our mediators are impartial throughout the entire process.
    • Our mediators facilitate discussions between parties rather than offer instructions, personal or legal advice.
    • Our mediators ensure that the conversation remains future-oriented
    • Upon reaching an agreement, mediators document it in writing. This written documentation ensures clarity for all parties regarding the terms of the agreement. 

Fees  

    • Intake and Assessment:  $180 
    • Mediation (4 hours): $850 (Usually shared between parties)  
    • Mediation Preparation/Coaching:  $290
    • Co-parent conflict coaching: $400 (shared between parties)
    • Room hire (if needed): $120 per session 

All sessions must be paid in advance. Please contact us for an alternative arrangement or cancellation policy.
